Vendor Application

You can fax you vendor application to 253-752-7693, email it to bethtorbet@hotmail.com or mail it to Ruston-Point Defiance Business District, 5104 N. Pearl, Tacoma, WA 98407 

All 10x10 Booth spaces are $50. 10x20 booth spaces are $100. Booth Spaces will be FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE the day of the festival beginning at 7 a.m. Motor vehicle access for vendors will be allowed between the hours of 7-9 a.m. for set up but all vehicles must be removed and reparked 30 minutes prior to cut off for safety reasons. The cut off time to set up is 10 a.m. Set up is anywhere on 51st Street past the Chevron Station at Pearl St. and Winnefred St. Take down is after 8 p.m. on the same day. Please be advised that the street will become open for traffic at 9 p.m. and your booth must be off the street 

You may be required to obtain a mandatory Town of Ruston vendor license. You must also arrange to pay your related B&O taxes. Food vendors are responsible for obtaining food handler permits and passing inspection by the Tacoma-Pierce County Health Department. Call them at (253) 798-6475 to make your arrangements.
