The undersigned hereby agrees to provide the services as listed herein.

SPONSORSHIP COMMITMENT

This Agreement of Sponsorship is made and entered into by and between the Pt. Defiance Music Festival and ___________________________________ and is for Sponsorship leading up to and during the 2008 Festival.

The Point Defiance Music Festival seeks to promote the Ruston-Point Defiance Business District with a music festival held on Labor Day Weekend.  The Point Defiance Music Festival and Ruston Art Walk will provide for certain recreational, cultural and educational opportunities to the general public.  The Point Defiance Music Festival and Ruston Art Walk will promote an event which includes music venues, food and non food booths and a celebration attracting visitors and promoting tourism while promoting the City of Tacoma and the Town of Ruston as a quality place to live, work and play.

The event/program type is:  Point Defiance Music Festival and Ruston Art Walk along 51st Street between Pearl and Winnifred in Ruston, WA. This sponsorship would include promotional product tie-ins or in-kind goods and services as follows:

In return, Point Defiance Music Festival will:

(1)  Provide the services and all logistical support and requirements to conduct the event.

(2)  Promote your company, product or service to a diversified audience at the festival and hundreds of thousands throughout our advertising and promotional efforts.

The Captains Cabin ($5000)

 ü      Venue Credit or Title Credit:

The sponsors name can be used as part of an event or venue title, allowing for increased identity and potential for media usage.  An example would be “The Edward Jones Stage.”  Banners and signs will be provided by sponsors.  All signs and banners must be supplied by August 15 and be suitable for outdoors.

 ü      Your company name on all promotional advertising:

Your logo may be placed on posters, brochures, t-shirts. Photostats or computer disk of the logo should be provides ASAP to be included on all materials (by May 31 to meet production deadlines) - otherwise it will be included only on materials scheduled for publication after the sponsorship commitment date

 ü      Your company name mentioned in all media:

For use on promotional radio spots, newspaper advertising, press releases and website advertising

 ü      Your company name mentioned on stage

 

 The First Mate’s Stateroom ($1000)

ü      Signage at Festival 

Banners and signs will be provided by sponsors.  All signs and banners must be supplied by August 15 and be suitable for outdoors.

 ü      Your company name mentioned on promotional advertising:

Your logo may be placed on posters, brochures, t-shirts, and signage prior to and during the festival. Photostats or computer disk of the logo should be provides ASAP to be included on all materials and must be provided by May 31, 20056 to meet final production deadlines.

Stateroom Suites ($500)

Your name will be placed on signage during the festival 
Your name will be placed on brochures and t-shirts printed after the date of your commitment

(if sponsorship commitment is prior to July 1, your name may be added to the t-Shirt)
